As the nation's largest Lith-O-Roll distributor, we carry in stock hundreds of rollers for most offset presses including AB Dick, Multi, Chief, Davidson, Didde, Halm Jet, Hamada, Heidelberg, Itek/Ryobi, Toko and T-51.

Lith-O-Roll Chicago provides new rollers for Crestlind & Kompac water systems and Oscillating Form Rollers.

Oscillating Form Rollers

This patented ink form roller has special linear bearings inside that permit it to freely slide on its hardened steel core as well as spin on its conventional mounting bearings. This unique double-action allows the existing main vibrator roller to smoothly drive the LC form roller back and forth over the printing plate. In addition to breaking up ghosting patterns, the precision side motion of the LC form roller assures better distribution of the available ink supply for more uniform ink coverage.

Recovering/Core Exchange Rollers

To be a more complete supplier for our customers we also offer recovered rollers for all presses. A variety of compounds are available including material for UV, copper, chrome or nylon.

Core exchange rollers for Heidelberg and Komori presses from Rotadyne are available from Lith-O-Roll Chicago. Order rollers when you need them and return your old cores for recycling.
